The intention was to capitalise on high pedestrian traffic just outside the bank with an unusual execution that will create curiosity.

The Execution

A panel made of reflective plastic was erected outside the branch and on the pedestrian walk.Maybank Mirror

Customers who viewed the reflective panel could “see” themselves.

The panel carried the message, “Our most important customers. You”.

This first-in-market idea was to be replicated to expand reach at other locations if successful.
